Shipping Policy

Orders are processed the next business day Monday through Friday, not including holidays.  Orders are processed upon verification and credit card authorization.  Because our products are handmade to order in Israel, orders take approximately 3 – 6 weeks to be shipped. 

Shipping charges are added to the invoice.  All orders are shipped via USPS as follows.

Shipping - wholesale only
For orders $1,000.00 and under:
$10.00 USPS Priority
$25.00 USPS Express

Repairs Policy

Stefans Co. will repair damaged merchandise free of charge.  Please contact us immediately at info@stefansjewelry.com to obtain an authorization to return your item for repair.

Return Policy

Wholesale Orders
Returns will be accepted only if the merchandise is defective.  Please notify the office prior to returning any merchandise.  It is imperative that returned merchandise be shipped back securely packed and fully insured with the carrier.
